Obituary:
William P. Fritz, 92, of Punxsutawney, died Saturday morning at Punxsutawney Area Hospital. He was born April 5, 1893, in DuBois, the son of Jesse E. (sic: H.) and Kate Fritz. He was married to Myrtle (Whitmore) Fritz, who preceded him in death. Mr. Fritz was Catholic by faith and was a retired employee of General Motors. He was a World War II (sic) Army veteran and was a former resident of Detroit, Mich. Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, incuding a niece, Jennie Bedell of DuBois; and a nephew, Jesse M. Fritz of Falls Creek.
