Services for Vernon E. Grover, 76, former Cedar Falls resident, will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Dahl Funeral Home with Edward Kramer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established. Mr. Grover died in Lincoln City, Ore., Friday. He was born Sept. 18, 1890, in Buckingham, the son of Robert and Jennie Grover. He married Kathryn Henry Phelps March 26, 1928. He worked at Fagan Electric Co. many years. Survivors include a son, George H. of Waterloo; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Moorman of Iowa Falls; a brother W. B. of Iowa Falls; two sisters; Mrs. Harry Ashley of Lincoln City, Ore., and Mrs. John Bintz of Missoula, Mont.; and five grandchildren. He was preceded by his wife and one sister.
