Funeral services for Marion Orin Littrell, 67, of Coos Bay will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Coos Bay Chapel. Rev. John Dilworth will officiate. Private family interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. He was born on September 17, 1916 in Springer, New Mexico to Earl Knox and Edna (Orin) Littrell. He died Saturday at Bay Area Hospital. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He had been an area resident for 46 years and was a partner in Littrell Auto Supply. He was a member of Coos Bay Elks Lodge No. 1160 and South Coast Alano Club. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Earl Knox Littrell, Jr. and John Elijah Littrell; and his sister, Edith Lucille Birch. Survivors include his son, David Littrell of North Bend; his brother, Robert Thornton Littrell of Alameda, California; his sister, Lois Jane Newhouse of Coos Bay; and seven grandchildren.
