Thelma O. Lee, 94, formerly of Spencerville, died at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, in the Wapakoneta Nursing Home where she had resided for several years, surrounded by her family.She was born on June 25, 1916, in Cridersville, a daughter of Arthur L. and Emma V. Winget South, and they preceded her in death.On Sept. 5, 1934, she married W. Dean Lee, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 17, 1980.She is survived by eight children, Charles A. "Chuck" (Shirley) Lee of Wapakoneta, John K. Lee of St. Marys, Robert D. "Bob" Lee of Jackson Center, Paul E. (Carolyn) Lee of Spencerville, Dorothy E. (Greg) Martin of Wapakoneta, Dennis L. Lee of Van Wert, Larry L. Lee of Wapakoneta, Walter L. Lee of Jackson Center; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a sister; a brother.She was preceded in death by four children, James A. "Jim" Lee, Thomas Lee, David Lee, Shirley Ann Lee; three grandchildren; two brothers; a sister; two in-laws.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville, with the Rev. Charles Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be directed to the Friends Church in Spencerville
