He was born January 17, 1875, the son of John and Georgianna Marshall.
For many years Ben and his wife Anna Elizabent Near Marshall lived and farmed at 3299 W. Barnes Road, Vevay Township.
He was an 1895 graduate of Mason High School.
Funeral services were Friday, from the Jewett Funeral Home in Mason, with the Rev. Milan G. Maybee of the Eden United Brethren Church officiating, with the burial in the Aurelius Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Marshall is survived by his 2nd wife Cora (Bones), and 1 daughter, Mrs. Esther (Robert) Howery of Mason. Two grandchildren, Helen Ann (Howery) Smith & Roger (Peggy)
