Married Reeves Samuel Moore at Rolling Prairie Methodist Church on December 11, 1898. Together they had three children:
1. Claude Harold Moore (b. March 29, 1900, in Three Oaks , Michigan)
2. Pauline Edna Moore (b. June 19, 1906, in Rolling Prairie, Indiana)
3. Robert Andrew Moore (b. November 20, 1913, in Rolling Prairie, Indiana)
Minnie was a lifelong resident of Rolling Prairie, where she grew up on a farm and later married a farmer. Her parents were German immigrants, and she grew up speaking German at home. She was close to her siblings and in-laws throughout her life and helped raise several of her nieces and nephews. She and her husband were active members of the Methodist Church in Rolling Prairie. They were one of the first houses on the area to own a television.
Died at Fairview Hospital in La Porte of Arteriosclerotic heart disease on September 23, 1957, and was buried in Rolling Prairie on what would've been her 78th birthday, September 25, 1957.

Mrs. Minnie Moore, 77, of Rolling Prairie, died 5:45 this morning at the Fairview hospital after a long illness. She was born Sept. 25, 1879 in LaPorte county to Andrew and Mary Sauers and was a lifetime LaPorte resident. On Dec. 11, 1898 she was married to Reeves S. Moore. She was a member of the Methodist church and Women's aid society. Survivng are one daughter, Mrs. Claudis Van Dusen, Rolling Prairie; one son, Claude Moore, Cedar Falls, Ia.; one sister, Mrs. Emma Wagner, LaPorte; two brothers, Frank Sauers, Rolling Prairie, and Fred Sauers, LaPorte; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her husband, one sister, one son, and two brothers preceded her in death. Funeral services will be at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon at the Haverstock Funeral home with the Rev. Clyde Bachman officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Prairie Cemetery.
