Blackburn Sr. and Mrs. Nettie Harrelson Blackburn of Wilmington, NC. five sisters, Mrs. Violet Rogers of Streamwood, Ill; Mrs. Pauline Small of Montebello, CA, Mrs. Ed Kerr of Wilmington, NC, Mrs. Ray Bailey of Tampa, FL, and Mrs. Leo Cox of Loris; four brothers, Sgt. Bill Blackburn of Papa, TX; Paul Blackburn of Fairfax, VA; Jack Blackburn of Tampa, FL; and C. Guy Blackburn of Loris.
