Thara Lee Perkins, 77, of Warsaw, formerly of Crittenden, died Friday at Gallatin Health Care Center, Warsaw.
She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Baptist Church, Florence.
Her husband, Vertrees Perkins, died in 1995. A son, Jeffrey Perkins, died in 2003.
Survivors include sons, Lindal Vertrees Perkins of Homosassa, Fla., and Wendell Gary Perkins of Demossville; a brother, Terrell Harper of Faubush; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at Eckler-Tandy-Riley Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
Memorials are suggested to Grace Baptist Church, 10080 Demia Way, Florence, Ky. 41042.

Funeral services were held April 22 at Eckler-Hudson-McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
