He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Talmadge Harper; and two sisters, Thelma Harper and Thena Harper.
He was 65 years old.
Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 1992 and funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 13, 1992 at the Strawser Funeral Home, Blue Ash, Ohio.
