Survived by: his wife, Hazel S. (Carr) Harper (married October 20, 1943); his son, Ron (and Yvonne) Harper; his brothers, Theron Eugene Harper, and Terrell Harper; his sister, Thara Lee (Harper) Perkins and two grandchildren, David Joe Harper and Jeffrey Harper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, three brothers and three sisters.
He was 74 years old. He was a Baptist pastor for 45 years (1945-1990) in the greater Cincinnati area. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing.
Visitation and funeral services were at Fellowship Baptist Church, Maineville, Ohio with Rev. Gary Stringer officiating.
