Machinist & Outdoorsman, Beloved Brother & Uncle, 65 Earl Mearmon Hartsell, 65, of Jim Thorpe, PA, passed away Monday August 22, 2022 at the Summit Nursing and Rehab in Lehighton. Born in Lanstuhl, Germany, he was the son of the late Richard J. and Dorothy (Gratt) Hartsell of Pittstown N.J.. He was a 1977 graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School Clinton N.J. He had been co-owner and operator of J and E Drywall before working the majority of his career as a machinist. Earl was an avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman and always preferred to be outside instead of in. He is survived by sisters, Kathy Bowlby of Easton, Liz and her husband Butch Tillou of Penn Forest, nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Linda Hudecek and a brother Richard Hartsell Jr. All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
