Jacob M. Eberhart died at his home near Mt. Etna on Wednesday morning at 3 o'clock of dropsy. Deceased was born in Pennsylvania and was aged 67 years 5 months and 2 days. He came to Adams county about twenty years ago and has since resided in the vicinity of Mt. Etna. He leaves a wife, three daughters, and one son to mourn their loss. The funeral was held at the M. E. church at Mt. Etna on Thursday at 10 o'clock, conducted by the pastor. Interment in the Victoria Cemetery, near Dewey.
