LAPORTE -- Services for Ethel M. Jones, 65, of 822 E. Jefferson Ave., who died at 4:39 p.m. Sunday in LaPorte Hospital after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Cutler Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kingsbury Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and until services Wednesday in the funeral home.
Mrs. Jones was born Feb. 11, 1921, in LaPorte and was a lifelong area resident. On July 1, 1942, in LaPorte, she married Donald A. Jones. He died Dec. 22, 1984. Surviving are three sons, Bruce A. Jones of Puyallup, Wash., Douglas L. Jones of LaPorte and Curtis D. Jones of Longmont, Colo.; a grandchild; a sister, Edna Ryan of LaPorte; and a brother, Don E. Wildt of LaPorte.
Mrs. Jones retired May 30 from Berkel Inc., where she worked for 29 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
