Katherine Good, 78, 1902 S. Sheridan St. died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday following an extended illness.
She was born Feb 11, 1895 in Elwood the daughter of James and Eva Shockley. She was married to Samuel Scott Good in 1913. He died in 1974.
She was a member of the South Side Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Flossie Barnes of Marion and Mrs. Chloe Ferrell of Warren, Ohio; a half-sister, Madge Nye of Marion; four half-brothers, John Fox of Alexandria, Oris Fox of Mt. Etna, Graydon Fox California and Veryl Fox of California.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Copher and Fesler funeral home with the Rev. James Judd officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset memorial cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. this evening.
