FUNERAL TO BE HELD THIS MORNING
The remains of Harold R. Archer, yeoman, U.S. Navy, who died Sept. 30 at the U. S. Naval Hospital Norfolk, Va., from pneumonia, following an attack of Spanish influenza, arrived in this city yesterday morning and will be interred in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
The funeral services will be conducted at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Archer in North Parkersburg at 11 o'clock this morning and will be private.
Rev. Crites of the North End M. E. Church will conduct the services.
A detachment of men from the local Navy Recruiting office will act as active pall-bearers.
