Thomas H. Cook, 81, of Tolono, formerly of Bourbon, died at 3:23 p.m. Monday (March 31, 2008) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

Mr. Cook was born May 28, 1926, in Galton, the son of John F. and Gail Bonner Cook. He married Jean Deckard in Sullivan on Feb. 17, 1951. She survives.

Besides his wife, Jean Cook of Bourbon, now of Tolono, he is survived by two sisters, Shirley Williams of Champaign and Betty Ross of Royal; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
