Augusta Dungey, 96, formerly of Sanborn died Wednesday at Valley View Manor in Lamberton.

Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. today at Klueggel Funeral Home Lamberton Chapel and one hour prior to services at the church.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Lamberton, with burial at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Sanborn.

She is survived by sons, Walter of West Linn, Ore., Eldon of Gladstone, Ore., Willard of Lamberton and Victor of West Linn, Ore.; daughters, Mrs. Loy (Mary) Kamolz of Oregon City, Ore., and Mrs. Kenneth (Ann) Doer also of Oregon City; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mrs. William (Lillian) Julene of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Thomas (Ann) Osborne of Minneapolis and Alvena Stern of Washington, D. C.

She was born August 25, 1886, in Springfield to Herman and Theresa (Ork) Stern. She married Ira Albert Dungey on Nov. 4, 1913. They homesteaded in Oregon, then farmed in Willow Lake Township. They moved to Sanborn in 1952. Ira died Dec. 10, 1959. She had lived at Valley View Manor for the last six years.
