Ronnie Eugene Price, age 71, was called home to meet his savior Sunday, May 21, 2023 after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease at the home of his son, Anthony Price. He was saved at an early age at Grassy Springs Missionary Baptist Church when Rubel Price was Pastor. Ronnie was later called by God to preach and pastored several churches such as Mountain Valley, Richardson's Creek, Grassy Springs, New Life, Ides Chapel, Providence, Cobbs Chapel, Cedar Grove, and Rocky Summit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bascom and Evelyn (Amyx) Price; grandparents, Homer and Victory Price, Harvey and Bonnie Amyx; infant brother, Jimmy Price; infant sister, Rita Price; sisters, Shirley (Les) Houston, Yolanda "Cookie" Fugate, Connie Wolfe, Angie Price, and Donna Lamb.
He is survived by three sons, Darrell and Dan'yel Price, Anthony Price and Courtney Gosnell, Travis Price and Lora Bradley; first wife and mother of his children and later his special caregiver, Dinah Keaton; brothers, Bascom Jr (Diane) Price, Michael (Christy) Price, Johnny (Becky) Price; sisters, Teresa Price Parker, and Jeannie Price; special sister-in-law, Debbie Price; special brothers-in-law, Marvin Fugate, Dennie Wolfe, Roger Lamb, Gary Parker; grandchildren, Allison and Matthew Evans, Makayla, Caitlyn, Anna, and Kamryn Price, Julie and Calli Price, Austin Ebbs, and soon to be born, Cayson Price; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Services and visitation will be held at Grassy Springs Missionary Baptist Friday, May 26, 2023 and Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm with services at 7:00 pm. Services will be directed by Danny Trent. Songs will be sung by the congregation and by those that have been invited or others that feel they have been led to do so. Obituary will be read by Pastor Danny Trent. Services will then be handed over to special friend and preacher, Roger Porter. Service will be dismissed in prayers by all preachers. Receiving friends again on Saturday and service will be handed to special friend and preacher, Travis Porterfield. Songs will be sung by the congregation and by those that have been invited or others that feel they have been led to do so.
