Farmington, N. M. -- Linda Mae (Enns) Schmidt, 66, of Bloomfield, N.M. died Saturday, April 23, 1994 at Farmington, N. M.

She was born on January 24, 1928 in Hooker, Okla. She attended the Adams school system and graduated from Tabor College, Hillsboro, Kan.

Linda Mae and Kenneth R. Schmidt were united in marriage at Adams in 1950. They have been residents of Bloomfield since 1982.

She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Her hobbies include: reading, cooking and sewing.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth of the home; two daughters, Lorel Caldwell of Tucson, Ariz. and Janet Miller of Lebanon, Ore.; one son, Ian Schmidt of Mukilteo, Wash.; three sisters, Elizabeth Enns of Colorado Springs, Colo., Edna Cosby of Colorado Springs, and Esther Ediger of Reedy, Calif.; four brothers, Henry Enns of Toutle, Wash., Peter Enns of Ferndale, Wash., Ernest Enns and John Enns both of Hooker and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 26, 1994, 3 p.m. from the First Church of the Nazarene in Farmington with Rev. Grenier officiating. Serves are under the direction of the Cope Memorial Chapel of Farmington. Graveside services will be conducted Friday morning April 29, 10 a.m. from the Mennonite Brethren Cemetery near Adams, with Rev. Shawn Siegfried pastor of the Hooker Church of the Nazarene officiating . Services are under the direction of the Roberts Brothers Funeral Home of Hooker.
