He was born in Selma, Iowa, and passed peacefully in his home in rural Woodstock. Glen was a veteran who served in Germany in 1949. When he returned from service, he worked with various farmers until starting a 50 year career with Local 150 Operation Engineers. Glen and Lucy enjoyed his retirement camping and visiting friends, family, and music festivals. Glen is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lucy (Roberson) Northup and their children: Connie (Pete) Roth, Curt (Chris) Northup and, Becky (Bob) Williams, and grandchildren that he adored them all and took great pride in them. A private service was held.
