Born June 29, 1928, in Gormania, W. Va., Mr. Bosley was the son of the late Charles O. Bosley and Ethel (Taylor) Bosley. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 plus years, Betty M. (Brown) Bosley; three sisters, Helen Tanner, Colleen Higdon, and Nancy Moreland.
Buddy served in the U.S. Army 11th Airborne Division. He worked at Kelly Springfield Tire Company for 43 years, retiring in 1988.
He was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, previously serving as a member of the choir and a member of the Methodist Men.
Buddy was also a member of the Ali Ghan Shrine serving in the Patrol Unit as well as transporting children to the Shriner's Hospital in Philadelphia. He was a member of the Scottish Rite, the American Legion Post 13 (former member of the Honor Guard). He was also an avid Fort Hill fan for over 60 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Cumberland.
