William L. Cox, farmer, of Harrison Township, passed away at 6 a.m. Thursday at his home there after an illness of a year and a half due to a complication of diseases. He was born November 22, 1856.

His wife; seven children, Samuel of Londonderry, David of Harrison Township, Granville and Floyd of Chillicothe, Mrs. Everett Collins of Liberty Township, and Martin and Clarence at home; three sisters, Mrs. Ulysses Riddle and Mrs. Jacob Clay of Pennsboro, W. Va., and Mrs. John Hawkins of Sardis; two brothers, Caleb and James of Central Station, W. Va.; and fourteen grandchildren survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Friends Church, Londonderry, with Rev. George Weir of this city officiating. Interment in the Londonderry Cemetery.
