Earl M. Faber Sr., 59, 2423 1/2 Correctionville Road, died Monday in a hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., after a brief illness. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the W. Harry Christy Funeral Home in Morningside. The Rev. Ralph Wallin of St. Luke Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Faber was born May, 7, 1921, at Walthill, Neb. He moved to Sioux City as a youth. He served in the Army during World War II. He worked for Flasco Manufacturing Co. before retiring because of poor health. Survivors include a son, Earl M. Jr., of Sioux City; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) Poulson of South Sioux City; a brother, Kenneth of Sioux City; three sisters, Mrs. George (Rosie) Kamm and Mrs. Hazel Wright, both of Sioux City, and Mrs. Paul (Helen) Beaubien of St. Paul, Minn., and four grandchildren.
