Malanie M. Kraft, 87, of 1628 W. 29th St., died December 29, 1989 at the Kahl Home for the Aged and Infirm.
She married Herbert Kraft in 1923 in Scott County. He died in 1967.
The couple farmed in Scott County prior to retirement.
She was a member of the Mercy Hospital Auxiliary and the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Davenport. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
Survivors include two daughters: Arrabelle (Earl) Meyer and Lucille (Harlen) Kardel, both of Walcott, Iowa; a son: Henry (Ardell) Kraft of Dixon, Iowa; a daughter-in-law: Betty Kraft of Eldridge, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; and two sisters: Isabel Friederichs and Dealda Schult, both of Wheatland, Iowa.
