Born in Rogersville, Tennessee, to Clarence and Elizabeth Wolfe Bloomer, Louise spent most of her life in the Kingsport area. She met and married Clifford Williams and the couple enjoyed over sixty years of marriage together. They had one son, Don Williams. Louise was a member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church. Before retiring, she enjoyed many years of employment at Piccadilly Cafeteria.
In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford, as well as many siblings.
Louise is survived by her son, Don Williams; grandchildren, Chris and Nick Williams; great-grandchildren, Payton and Natalie Williams; sister, Joyce Fain; several nieces and nephews; and her furry companion, Smokey.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at East Lawn Memorial Centers, 4997 Memorial Boulevard, Kingsport, Tennessee.
