Mr. Kelly, born in Allentown, had lived in Macon for the past 14 years. He was associated with Kelly Trucking Co. of Valdosta, and was en route from New York to Valdosta when he died of an apparent heart attack Wednesday morning. He was a member of the Baptist denomination, and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ruth Kelly, of Macon; four sisters, Mrs. June Roney, of Macon, Miss Mary O. Kelly, of Macon, Mrs. Helen K. Holder, of Lumpkin, and Mrs. Betty English, of Valdosta; three brothers, Marion D. Kelly, Karen G. Kelly, both of Macon, and Meredith Y. Kelly, of Valdosta; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
