Mrs. George T. Burk, 85, died Wednesday night at her home, 1401 East Main street.
She moved to Shawnee 22 years ago and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include five sons, Ben Burk of Lexingon, George Burk of Monte Vista, Colo, Henry Burk of Chickasha, N. L. Burk of Shawnee, and Leroy Burk of Bakersfield, Calif. : three daughters Mrs. Nay Burnett of Tishomingo, Mrs. Tom Little of New Kirk, and Mrs. Lee Downs of DeQueen Ark. : two brothers, Wiley Arterberry of Shawnee and Howard Arterberry of Rush Springs: 33 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Arrangements are being completed at Gaskill's.
