Otto H. Silvers, 83, formerly of 616 North Cherry Street, Eaton, died early Sunday at Greenville Care Center. A retired employee of Inland Mfg. Co. at Dayton, he was a member of Eagles Lodge No. 2202 in Eaton. His wife, Clara, died in 1975.

Survivors include two sons, Roy of Oscado, Michigan, and Gordon, of Eaton; three daughters. Irene Shinn of Auburn, Calif., Maxine Holmes of Richmond, Ind., and Thelma Rautsaw of Eaton; a brother, Homer of Petaluma, Calif.; one sister, Ruth Hildebolt of Eaton; Ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services for Mr. Silvers will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Barnes Funeral Home, Eaton Chapel, with Rev. James H. Rice in charge. Interment will be in Mound Hill union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where the Eagles Lodge will conduct services at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
