Julia Charlee (Crissinger) Miller, 88, of Meyersdale, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday November 2, 2022 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born March 3, 1934 in Meyersdale, the daughter of Henry and Anna Elizabeth (Logson) Crissinger.

Preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Glenn Forrest Miller, Harold John Keslar, Ray Elwood Miller; sisters: Mary Faidley, Bertha Sims, Florence Crissinger, Sarah Rita Brenneman, Irene Zakucia, Anna Jean Bane, Etta Jane Lewis and Phyllis Elaine Cunningham; brothers: Gorden Eli Crissinger, Henry Louis Crissinger and Harvey Elwood Crissinger.

Survived by her children: Crissann Sykes (Terry); Scott Miller (Susan); Connie Gorgol (Erick); Kimberly Smith (Craig); Brian Miller (Nicole); and Jennifer Miller (Myron); fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters: Betty Louise Paulus and Carol Lee Dupstadt. She is also survived by her beloved English Bulldog, Dolly.

She was the first of her family to graduate in 1952 from Meyersdale High School. She worked for Bell Telephone for 7 years in Greensburg, Minority Inspector for 47 years in Greenville Township. She also worked with her husband Glenn as a dairy farmer. A member since her youth at Hostetler Church of the Brethren, where she sang in church choir, and was a member of the Ladies Fellowship.

She enjoyed playing cards with her large circle friends. She loved gardening and bird watching. Julia was known for her strong faith, love of her family and she will be greatly missed.

Family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Friday, November 4, at Price Funeral Service, Inc., Meyersdale. Viewing from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 5, at Hostetler Church of the Brethren. Rev. Irvin Ernst officiating. Interment Hostetler Church Cemetery.
