Thomas White of Gladwin township departed this life Dec. 4 after two months illness with dropsy. He was born in the province of Quebec, Canada, August 20, 1850. In early manhood he went to Ontario where he remained until 1899, when he came to Michigan and has since made his home here. He is survived by five brothers and one sister.
Funeral services were held at the home of his brother, Joseph White, Sunday afternoon at 1:30, conducted by Rev. Burt of Beaverton. Interment in Ridge cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 12-10/1914 Column – 5 Page – 7.
