Theodore was born November 9, 1949 in Altamont, the son of Raymond Deadmond, Sr. and Mary (Lukaseck) Deadmond. He married Mavis West on September 17, 1975 in Charleston; she survives.
Theodore served in the United States Navy during Vietnam. He enjoyed flying remote controlled airplanes and carpentry. Theodore was an auto mechanic for his brother, Raymond, Jr. and retired from Agri-Fab.
He is survived by his wife, Mavis of Sullivan; brother, Larry (Nancy) Deadmond of Ft. Collins, Colorado and sisters, Frances Clevenger of Belleville and Sheryl Richey of Mattoon.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond Deadmond, Jr. and James Deadmon and sisters, Shirley McDevitt and Jeannette Sheffer-Gullion.
Burial will be in French Cemetery, Allenville, with Military Rites by the Sullivan American Legion Post #68.
