Wayne H. Calcamp, 88, Horse Shoe Run, W.Va., passed away on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010. Born Dec. 6, 1921, in Horse Shoe Run, he was a son of the late Gus and Lura Calcamp. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Lela Slaubaugh; three brothers, Lawrence, Donald, and Cecil; and one daughter, Anna Louk. He was a veteran of WWII, having served with the U.S. Army. Wayne retired from M.B. Guran after 25 years of service. He was also a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and raccoon hunting in his younger years. He is survived by his wife, Norma Calcamp; one daughter, Djuana Cooper and husband John; two sons, Wayne Jr. and William; three stepchildren, Deborah Carroll and husband James, Pamela Mae, and Robert May and wife Mary; three sisters, Virginia Roth and husband Gay, Delores Kelley and husband Leon, and Juanita Stemple; one brother, John Calcamp and wife Jean; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and three sisters-in-law, Mary, Mary, and Lucy.
