Nellie Irene Ott, 86, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Tuesday morning, September 21, 1999, in the Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born October 9, 1912, in Ross County, the daughter of Albert and Stella Colburn.

Surviving are a granddaughter, Donna Bardin; a grandson, Edward Bardin; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Patricia Grant; six sisters; and four brothers.

Mrs. Ott was a retired store manager for Goodwill Industries.

Calling hours will not be observed. Private arrangements for cremation are under the direction of the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home.
