Hazel, age 83, was the daughter of Otis and Maxine (Heath) Anderson. She married James O. Worthington on April 14, 1957. Survivors include her husband, her children, Travis Worthington and Tena Cassity, her siblings, Ruth Neil, James Anderson, Marlene Rowland, Maxine Plegge, Gayle Link, and Susan Anderson, two grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Ralph Anderson and Richard Dean Anderson. Funeral services were held at St. Marys United Methodist Church. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery in Waterville.
