He was born September 9, 1948, in Randolph, Kansas, the son of Otis Adelbert and Florence Maxine (Heath) Anderson. He graduated from Waterville High School and later went on to attend Barber College.
Ralph served in The United States Army National Guard. He worked as a Barber for 51 years. He owned and operated Shearpoint Hairstylers and later worked at The Hair Mill prior to retiring in 2019.
Ralph was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church of Topeka and was a local Shriner.
Ralph married on June 27, 1971 in Bremen, Kansas. They spent 48 years creating a lifetime of memories.
Survivors include his wife, two daughters, four grandchildren, five sisters, and a brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard Dean Anderson.
Ralph enjoyed fishing, golf or anything outdoors. He especially enjoyed K State sports.
Honoring Ralph's request, cremation is planned. The family will greet friends Friday, June 5, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka. A private family memorial will be held Sunday, June 7, 2020. Memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 3625 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66614.
