BOBBY RAY BILBREY, 64, of Duncan, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, in Waurika.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Terry Bradley and the Rev. Billy Bowen officiating. Interment will be in Temple Cemetery in Temple.
Bobby was born Nov. 2, 1943, in Waurika, to Benjamin Franklin and Fannie Mae Boyd Bilbrey. He married Evelyn Marie Kidd on March 4, 1969. She preceded him in death on Aug. 16, 1996. He married Lorene C. Davis on Dec. 14, 1996, in Corum Assembly of God Church at Corum.
He worked as an electrician for Halliburton Services. Bobby loved fishing, bluegrass music and bluegrass festivals. He was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lorene of the home; a son, Robert LeWayne Bilbrey of Duncan; three stepsons, Timothy Berry of Walters, Buddy Davis, and Kelly Davis and his wife Candi, all of Comanche; a brother and sister-in-law, Clyde and Weanona Bilbrey of Duncan; two sisters-in-law, Lora Bilbrey of Duncan, and Thelma Bilbrey of Walters; five step-grandchildren, Pamela Berry of Freeport, Fla., Bryan Wilson, Luke Davis, Linsey and Lauren Hendricks, all of Duncan; a step-great-grandson, Jacob Hilligoss of Freeport; his mother-in-law, Irene Doake of Marlow; and a daughter-in-law, Tammy Bates of Duncan.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, J.M. Bilbrey and Donald Wayne Bilbrey; and a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Loyd Avens.
Bearers will be Chris Knabe, D.L. Carter, Don Chapman, Daryle Alexander, Larry Goodwin and Jody Gallaher.
