Funeral services Charles Adelblue, 67, will be held from the Hall Funeral Home on Friday after noon at 2:30 o'clock. The Rev. Sidney S. Rood, pastor of St. Pauls Episcopal church, will officiate and burial will be made in the Grout cemetery.
Mr. Adelblue passed away on Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Andrew Borg, in Flint, after a long illness. He was born in Van Wert, Ohio, and was married to Miss Pearl Hershey in 1908. She preceded him in death in 1920; he was also preceded in death by two children.
Surviving are one son, Gordon, of Shephard; one daughter, Mrs. Andrew Borg, of Flint; seven brothers, Elmer, of Boyne City, Jess, John, George, Clarence and Maynard, of Van Wert, Ohio; and Russell, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; three sisters, Mrs. Chloe Fries, of Gladwin, Mrs. Zula Grams, of Toledo, Ohio and Mrs. Bessie Roberts, of Rockford, Ohio.
