Carl C. Howard, 35, of Canton Highway, died Saturday afternoon at Kennestone as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident February 27 in Holly Springs. Burial was in Crest Hill Cemetery. Howard was a native and life-long resident Cobb County. He was stationed in Germany with the U. S. Army for three years. He was employed by the Howard Construction Co. as a carpenter. Survivors include wife, Rosie; daughters Carla Ann Howard and Catha Rose Howard of Marietta; parents Nellie and Paul Howard of Kennesaw; sisters, Mrs. Sarah Frey and Mrs. Martha Anderson of Marietta; brothers Clay Howard of Marietta, Roy W Howard of Landis, N. Carolina, Julian Howard of Kennesaw; step-daughter Gail Elaine Brownlow; stepson Bobby Kyle Brownlow, both of Kennesaw.
