Florence was the daughter of Madison and Lucy Kelley Klotz.


Muscatine Journal - February 19, 1966 - Miss Florence Klotz 86, of Wapello died at noon Friday at St. Paul, Minn. She was a retired school teacher.

The daughter of Madison and Lucy Jane Kelly Klotz, she was born Dec. 13, 1879 at Columbus Junction.

Survivors include one brother, Madison W. Klotz of Gibsonville, N.C. and one sister, Mrs. Harry (Gretchen) Fornaire of St. Paul, Minn.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, at the Stacy-Lewis funeral home. Interment was in the Columbus City cemetery.

Muscatine Journal - February 21, 1966 - Funeral services for Miss Florence Klotz, 86, who died Friday noon at St. Paul, Minn, were held this afternoon at the Stacy funeral home. Rev. Hubert Sunderman pastor of the United Presbyterian church officiated and organist was Miss Donna Hughes. Casket bearers were Paul Klotz, Paul Smith, Robert Reaney, R.S. Marshall, Sam Myers and D.R. Marshall. Interment was at the Columbus City cemetery.
