The daughter of Madison and Lucy Jane Kelly Klotz, she was born Dec. 13, 1879 at Columbus Junction.
Survivors include one brother, Madison W. Klotz of Gibsonville, N.C. and one sister, Mrs. Harry (Gretchen) Fornaire of St. Paul, Minn.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, at the Stacy-Lewis funeral home. Interment was in the Columbus City cemetery.

Hubert Sunderman pastor of the United Presbyterian church officiated and organist was Miss Donna Hughes. Casket bearers were Paul Klotz, Paul Smith, Robert Reaney, R.S. Marshall, Sam Myers and D.R. Marshall. Interment was at the Columbus City cemetery.
