Betty Jo Woods, 94, of Charleston, SC, widow of Walter Woods, Jr., entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Her Graveside Service will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC at 11 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston, SC.

Betty was born June 22, 1927 in Walterboro, South Carolina, daughter of the late William Wilson Brown and Annabelle Davis Brown. She was a homemaker.

Betty is survived by her three daughters: Joyce Lyons (William) of Moyock, NC, Jo Ann Woods and Janet Kay Amos (Daniel) of Charleston, SC both of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren: Bryan Lyons, Kevin Lyons , Jessica Oswald, Eric Faust and Joshua Amos; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Andrews Parish United Methodist Church, 3225 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC, 29414 and/or the Salvation Army, P. O. Drawer 70579, North Charleston, SC 29415.
