Mrs. Edgar Bowers

Mrs. Ethel McClellan Bowers, wife of Edgar Bowers, aged 54, died Saturday night at their home in New Lexington, following a long illness.

She is survived by the husband, four children, Jerald Bowers, stationed at Camp McClellan, Alabama, Harold E. Bowers, Norman Bowers and Mrs. Dorothy Murphy; also five brothers and two sisters, Edward McClellan of West Alexandria, Frank and Ben McClellan of near Eaton, George McClellan of Germantown, and James McClellan of Calif.; Velma McClellan of near Eaton and Mrs Blanche Caldwell of Washington state; and several grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Girton Funeral Home this Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. Clarence Storck of Dayton, officiating. Interment in the Lexington Cemetery. (Sugar Grove).

Ethel married Edgar Wm Bowers June 8, 1912 in Preble County, Ohio. Officiating minister was Rev. M. I. Comfort of Eaton.
