Our loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away Nov. 14, 2007 surrounded by his family.

He was born March 14, 1931 in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Henry Oscar and Ellouise Christiansen. He graduated from South High School. Served in the Navy and married his beautiful sweetheart, Cora Baird, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Remembered for his kind and gentle nature, always happy, humorous and in the service of others. An active member of the LDS Church, he and his wife served in the Cleveland, Ohio mission. He loved enjoyed every precious minute with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cora; children: JoLynn (Ross) Marshall, Steven (Nancy), Kelly (Cathy), Bret (Julie), Darin (Lori), Rick (Jamie), Melanie Christiansen Miller; 24 grandchildren; six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his oldest son, Craig Lee; grandson, Ben Roy; four siblings.

Funeral Services will be held Sat. November 17, 2007, 11 a.m. at the Granger 4th Ward, 3305 South 3960 West. A viewing will be held Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
