After the death of James Nicholas (Nick), she married a widower, Clarence Johnson. She also outlived him, and died in 1960, after breaking a hip.
She had a hard life, like most women in those days, raising her family. She was a tiny woman with dark hair (no gray even in her old age) and brown eyes.
