Marie Kliebert Foret went to her eternal home on February 20, 2021 at the age of 101. She was born on January 12, 1920 in Vacherie, Louisiana, to Lezin Joseph and Amelie Oubre Kliebert. She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, George Joseph Roussel, Sr. and Edmund Jackson "Jack" Foret. Mother of George J. Roussel, Jr. (Harriett), Carolyn Roussel Lanoux and (Marcel, Sr.), and Robert A. Roussel (Marilyn). Grandmother of 5. Great grandmother of 10. Great-great-grandmother of 1. Marie was proud to serve as a Eucharistic minister and a reader at St Louis King of France and St. Francis Xavier parishes. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Beau Province and Passages Hospice for their compassionate care. Services were held privately for immediate family only.
