Gaylene Mae Clark, 86, went to heaven surrounded by her family on January 8, 2021. It would be important to her that you know she put her faith in Jesus Christ to forgive her sins and that’s why she now is with Him in heaven today.

Gaylene was born to the late Gaylord and Lorena (Herr) Arnold on December 23, 1934. She married the love of her life, Wayne Clark on September 12, 1959, he proceeded her in death on August 31, 2005. They had three children. Kevin (Cindi) Clark, Carla (Steve) Wanlass and Mark (Susan) Clark. They were blessed with four grandchildren; Mandy Clark, Addison (Alix) Wanlass, Zachary Clark and Andrew Clark and one great-grandson Ahvi Wanlass.

Gaylene grew up on the Arnold family farm in Williamsburg/Bates. She and Wayne were members of The Buckley Old Engine Club. They looked forward to volunteering at the annual show and they loved International Tractors. Education Days at Buckley was one of Gaylene’s favorites. She taught Sunday School and was an Awana Leader. She worked at TCAPS where she especially loved interacting with the kids. Several summers she worked at Pirates Cove Mini Golf. She loved seeing families come in and enjoy playing a round of golf.
