From an email Thursday, 02 August 2012:

Hello Orlena:

I was wondering if you had any other information on Frank Brotherton, he was born Dec 1875 Died Dec 1932 and is buried in Cherokee Co Ks he was my Great Grandfather and his parents were John Hamilton Brotherton and Mary Ann Jackson Brotherton. He has a brother buried in Messer Cemetery James T. Brotherton with his wife and son.

I'm having problems figuring out who John H. Brotherton's parents were. John H. Brotherton was born in 1850 Tennessee. One census say's his mother was Lucinda.

John H. Brotherton's death certificate says unknown for parents on it.

Thank you for your time Robin Klaber
