Emma Stecker was born in Switzerland, Dec. 5, 1856, died Feb. 3, 1924, age 67 years, 1 month and 28 days. Married Dec. 11, 1873, joined church in 1883, She leaves a husband, six sons and one daughter; one daughter dead; 7 brothers and three sisters. She united with the M. E. Church at Osage in 1914 by Cooprider and 1919 was transferred to Skedee M. E. Church.
Funeral was preached by Rev. J. H. Clark at M. E. Church Feb. 7th and she was laid to rest in the cemetery midst a host of friends.
