Death came Saturday, April 27 to Mrs. Jenny Bloom of Seattle, WA following a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Brandt who resided 3 ½ miles north of Lindstrom.

Surviving are her husband, Clarence Bloom and two daughters, Miss Harriet Bloom and Mrs. Bernice Stells and 2 grandchildren all of Seattle. She also leaves four sisters, Mrs. Gust (Emma) Anderson, Mrs. Peter (Alida) Harvey and Mrs. Ruth Frestedt of Minneapolis , and Mrs. Josie Johnson of Chisago City and three brothers: William Brandt of Chisago City, Henry Brandt of North St. Paul and Herman Brandt of Lindstrom.

The deceased received her early education at the Dedon School of this community. She was married October 31, 1909 to Clarence Bloom of Marine-on-the- St. Croix. This marriage was blessed with two daughters. Shortly after their marriage they moved to Spokane, WA and later to Coeur d lane, Idaho where they lived for 15 years before going to Seattle. The funeral was held from the Green Lake Funeral Home, Monday, April 29 at 1 pm.
