She married John Frazer 14 February 1857 in Ballymena, Antrim, Ireland.
Their children's names were Sarah, Isobel, Mary Ann (my direct ancestor), Martha, James, Elizabeth, John, Margaret, Robert and Alexander.
Her 1895 obituary recorded on page 112 of "Heritage History of Chester County, South Carolina,Vol. II," 1995, states she emigrated from Ireland to Chester, Chester County, SC, in 1894 after her husband died. She came with two of her children, Margaret and Alexander. Two other children were already in Chester.
Sarah did indeed arrive in New York on 30 April 1894. She, Maggie, and Alex came across the ocean on the Furnessia ship, and they left Ireland from the Londonderry port
