Last rites for Mrs. Ethel Mae Scoggins, 70, were held October 22 at Nowell Funeral Home chapel at 3 p.m. Officiating were Revs. Norris Corley and John Wade.
Burial was in the Winona Gardens of Memory, with Nowell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Wyvil Scoggins; four daughters, Mrs. Berlin Tindoll, Mrs. Johnnie Gibson, Mrs. J. T. Gibson, all of Vaiden, and Mrs. Meade Tyler of Winona.
Three sons, Orville Scoggins, and Johnnie G. Scoggins, both of Jackson, and Max Scoggins of Gulfport; four sisters, Mrs. Era Tindoll, Vaiden; Mrs. George Richardson, Grenada; Mrs. Essie Lee Tindoll, Kilmichael: and Mrs. Ollie Williams, Winona.
Two brothers, Berlin Cross, Vaiden and Vernon Cross, Nettleton; 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Her grandsons served as pallbearers.
